When to Seal Coat
After the initial curing period of around 6 months the first application of seal coat should be applied. There are many factors that will determine the frequency of application such as traffic, tire twisting, and debris that may sit on the asphalt. However, you should consider getting your asphalt seal coated every 3-5 years.
