Depending on your individual properties needs our skilled technicians will come out on a monthly or quarterly basis to remove any debris from the pavement areas.  This includes blowing off the parking lot, brooming areas with accumulated dust and trash removal.  Removal of this debris extends the life of the asphalt by removing abrasive material that causes additional wear to the asphalt surface.

While our technicians preform the cleaning they will asses any current needs the parking area has.  Identifying actions items  and detailing them into a report to provide to the properties owners.  These action items can be minor issues that will need attention down the road or serious problems that need to be dealt with quickly. 

Ultimately the owners decide what work will take place.  Our job is to identify problems and report to the owners.
